Special Meeting 

March 30, 2010

Trustee Romano called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Trustee Corey and Fiscal Officer John Wahle was present.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to approve Resolution 2010-014 A Resolution Appointing Lois McKnight Acting Township Administrator. Motion carried.

Executive Session

Trustee Patterson entered the meeting.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to enter executive session under Authority of Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 G to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official. Motion carried unanimously.
