Special Meeting 

March 25, 2010

Trustee Romano called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Trustee Corey and Trustee Patterson was present.

Executive Session

The Board concurred to enter executive session under Authority of Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 G to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official. Motion carried unanimously.
