Special Meeting

August 22, 2009

Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 7:32 a.m. Trustee Patterson and Trustee Romano was present.

Steve Simpson gave the opening prayer.

Trustee Romano led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Steve Simpson led a discussion regarding the interim administrator.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Patterson to adjourn.
