Special Session 

Trustee Corey called the meeting to order. Trustee Patterson and Trustee Romano were present. Also present was Administrator Dan Evers and Fiscal Officer John Wahle.

The Board went into executive session.

The Board entered regular session.

Fiscal Officer

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Patterson to approve Resolution 2009-11 A Resolution Directing Payment of Township Expenses, Declaring an Emergency and Dispensing with the Second Reading. Motion carried unanimously.

Board Action – New Business

Administration

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to approve Resolution 2009-12 A Resolution Unanimously Authorizing the Sale of Certain Real Property to HPA Development Group, Inc., Authorizing the Entering of a Purchase Agreement with HPA Development Group, Inc., Dispensing with the Second Reading and Declaring an Emergency. Motion carried unanimously.

Trustee Patterson left the meeting.

Fiscal Office

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to approve Purchase Orders #09-12002, 12003, 12005, 12008 through 12012, 12014, 12016, 12018, 12029 through 12031, 12039, 12043, 12045, 12047 through 12052, 12056, 12057, 12059, 12060, 12068 through 12070, 12072, 12080, 12083, 12090, 12091, 12095, 12096, 12102 through 12106, 12112, 12114, 12119 through 12122, 12132, 12137, 12143, 12152, 12153, 12156, 12159, 12160, 12162 and 12175. Motion carried.  

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to approve Warrants #54225 through 54287. Motion carried.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
