Special Meeting
July 8, 2008
Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present was Dan Evers, Administrator and Tom Swope, Law Director. John Wahle, Fiscal Officer, was absent with prior notice.
Executive Session
A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Patterson to go into executive session to discuss pending and threatened litigation. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to return to regular session. Motion carried unanimously.
Trustee Romano led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Trustee Corey opened the public hearing on Case #2008-032 and Case #2008-034.
Lois McKnight, Community Development Director, introduced herself and Hayfaa Wadih, Urban Planning Analyst. Ms. McKnight spoke about the process leading up to tonight’s hearing.
Wendy Moeller and Emily Crowe, McBride Dale Clarion, reviewed the text amendments.
Trustee Corey motioned to take a five minute break. The Board concurred.
Trustee Corey motioned to return to regular session. The Board concurred.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to take a five minute break. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion by Trustee Corey to return to regular session. The Board concurred.
The Board discussed the issues with Emily Crowe, Lois McKnight, Tom Swope and Dan Evers.
Tom Swope clarified that the Board has twenty (20) days from the July 8 meeting to vote on Case #2008-032 and Case #2008-034.
A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Patterson to approve a continuation of Zoning Cases #2008-032 and #2008-034 until the Trustee Regular Session on July 15, 2008. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to adjourn at 10:23 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
