Emergency Meeting

May 9, 2008

Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present was Peggy Monjar, acting Administrator.

Job Ready Site Program Resolution and Other Township Business

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Patterson to approve Resolution 2008-035 A Resolution Authorizing Deerfield Township to File an Application to the State of Ohio, Department of Development, to Support an Application for Assistance Under the Ohio Job Ready Sites Program. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Patterson to approve Resolution 2008-036 A Resolution Directing Payment of Township Expenses, Declaring an Emergency and Dispensing with the Second Reading. Motion carried unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 7:58 a.m.
