Oath of Office

Swearing In of Trustee Pete Patterson by Honorable D. Andrew Batsche

Election of Officer

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Patterson to appoint Dan Corey as President of the Board of Trustees. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Patterson and second by Trustee Corey to appoint Chris Romano as Vice President of the Board of Trustees. Motion carried unanimously.

Fiscal Officer

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Corey to approve Resolution 2008-001 A Resolution Approving Temporary Appropriations for 2008 Dispensing with the Second Reading and Declaring an Emergency. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to approve Warrants #51885 through 51886 and 51888 through 51903. Motion carried unanimously.

Minutes for Approval

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to approve the meeting minutes of November 20, 2007 and November 30, 2007 as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to adjourn the meeting at 7:01 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.

A reception was held for Trustee Pete Patterson.
