Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 12:10 p.m. Trustee Speidel was present. Also present was Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer, Dan Evers, Administrator and Tom Swope, Law Director. Trustee Romano was absent with prior notice.

Mike Murray, with ME Companies, presented the Kings Mills improvements project and construction cost estimates. The total cost estimate of the project with a 2% contingency is $2,697,122.67. A discussion followed.

The Board discussed holding a public meeting with Kings Mills residents regarding the project.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to adopt Resolution 2007-19 A Resolution Authorizing the Leasing of Space for a Temporary Township Administration Building and Authorizing the Township Administrator to Enter Into a Lease on Behalf of the Township and Waiving the Second Reading. Motion carried.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to adjourn the meeting at 1:00 p.m. Motion carried.
