Special Session 

Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present were Kristin Spiekerman, the Fiscal Officer and Dan Evers, Administrator.

A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to approve Resolution 2007-02 A Resolution Adopting Appropriations for 2007, Dispensing with the Second Reading and Declaring an Emergency. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Corey to adjourn the meeting at 4:10 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
