Work Session

Trustee Corey called the meeting to order at 12:08 p.m. All members of the Board were present. Also present were Dan Evers, Administrator and Tom Swope, Law Director. The Fiscal Officer, Kristin Spiekerman, was absent.

Trustee Speidel led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Executive Session

A motion by Trustee Speidel and second by Trustee Romano to enter executive session to discuss property acquisition and personnel matters. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Speidel to return to regular session. Motion carried unanimously.

A motion by Trustee Romano and second by Trustee Speidel to appoint Peggy Monjar to take the minutes. Motion carried unanimously.

King Mansion Update

Hayfaa Wadih, Urban Planning Analyst, presented the King Mansion update that included a memorandum from Beth Sullebarger. Ms. Sallebarger will present the completed report at the February 2008 work session.

Montgomery Road Sidewalks

Trustee Corey talked about Montgomery Road sidewalks and how to get funding from grants, etc.

Fleckenstein Park Update

Joel Smiddy, Parks Director, presented an update on Fleckenstein Park construction.

Amendment to Moratorium

Lois McKnight, Community Development Director, presented an amendment to the Fields Ertel Corridor Moratorium.

A motion by Trustee Corey and second by Trustee Romano to adjourn at 3:34 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
