Zoning Resolution

Deerfield Township is in the process of updating the Zoning Resolution, originally adopted in 1997. McBride Dale Clarion, planning consultants, have been hired to oversee the process. They are assisted by the Technical Review Committee, a group of citizens and business leaders appointed by the Board of Trustees, and Community Development Department Staff.

The public is encouraged to participate in the review by attending the planned work sessions of the Board of Trustees, Zoning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and the Technical Review Committee. The dates of these meetings are yet to be determined. Notice will be provided through this website.

Articles of the Resolution, as drafted, will be made available on this site for review and comment. Any comments may be forwarded to Hayfaa Wadih, Planning Manager, via email at hwadi@deerfieldtwp.com or by fax at 513.701.6985.
