ZONING COMMISSION WORK SESSION

CALL TO ORDER:         John Richardson, Chairperson

PRESENT:                    Scott Evans, John Richardson, Donald De Reynier, Matt Evans and Cherry Linder..

ABSENT:                      Robert Giesse.

STAFF:                         Hayfaa Wadih, Lois McKnight, and Township Attorney Scott Phillips

CONSULTANTS:           Greg Dale and Wendy Moeller of McBride Dale Clarion

The Zoning Commission held a work session on the proposed Residential Transitional text and map to gain understanding of the proposal. The consultants presented an overview of the text and map and answered questions from the Commission and the public.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 pm.
