Snyder House
The Snyder House is a stately home located at Deerfield Township Cottell Park, 5847 Irwin-Simpson Road, which can be rented for private events. The house can accommodate parties of up to 120, or 75 for a sit-down dinner.
The Snyder House is available for rental from 10 a.m. until
12 midnight.
Payment must be received 30 days prior to the reservation, or the
date will not be reserved. No one will be allowed to use the facility without
prior payment. The Snyder House can only be rented with fewer than
30 days notice depending upon availability, and if payment is received in the
Township offices by 4:30 p.m. on the following business day.
RENTAL RATES:
- $300.00 Sunday through Thursday
- $600.00 Friday and Saturday and Holidays (for Township Residents)
- $900.00 Friday and Saturday and Holidays (for NON-RESIDENTS of Deerfield Township)
- $150.00 Non-Profit Organizations, Staff
- $200.00 Multiple Weekday Rental (for Township Businesses)
No deposit is required. Fees are due on or before the day of rental. Please remit to:

- 13, 5-foot wide round tables that seat 8
- 4, 8-foot rectangular tables
- 10, 5-foot rectangular tables
- 2, 8-foot rectangular tables in the kitchen
