SPECIAL DISTRICT BOARD MEETING
May 16, 2007
The meeting was called to order by Walt Daniels at 4:35 p.m.

Greenfield Place Subdivision
The board discussed the draft report on Greenfield Place compiled by CDM including the language of the report, the flooding on Plumfield Court, and whether the fact that the easements are private property should be stated in the report. Eric suggested that the board should be presenting specs on the project to the Greenfield Place HOA at Monday evening’s meeting. Since this was Task 9.4 of Task Order 9, and the board only approved 9.1-9.3, no specs have been developed. Members of the board pointed out that Monday’s meeting is only to share information such as what causes the flooding and recommendations for repair. The home owners and the HOA then need to decide how to proceed and who should be involved and should then submit a formal request to the board.
Ms. Berger suggested that a standard form be available both in hard copy format and on the web site for people requesting assistance from the board. She offered to develop such a form before the meeting Monday evening.
The board decided that Walt Daniels, Eric Luckage, Jamie Coleman, and Jeff Macomber would attend the meeting with the Greenfield Place HOA on Monday, May 21, 2007.
July Meeting
Tim Greive mentioned that he would not be available for the regular July 10, 2007 meeting. The board agreed to postpone the meeting, and Ms. Berger agreed to check the availability of the Snider House on July 17, 2007 or the Township Meeting Room on July 19, 2007.
Adjournment
Mr. Daniels moved to adjourn at 6:12 p.m. Mr. Greive seconded. All voted yes.

The Deerfield Regional Storm Water District Board meets the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise notified.
