90-DAY VENDOR PERMIT FORM
To get approval for the Deerfield
Township 90 Day Vendor Permit you must:
1)
Fill out the application form which is
available in the Deerfield Township Zoning Office.
2)
Provide a photo ID.
3)
Have a “background” check from the Warren
County Sheriff Office. WCSO office hours 8:00 AM-4:00 PM weekdays.
4)
Pay $75 to Deerfield Township.
The WCSO is located on Justice Drive,
Lebanon, Ohio. To get there from Landen area, go north on Montgomery Road
or I-71. Proceed to Route 48 turn left going westward toward Lebanon. At
the Cook Road traffic light, turn left and immediately turn right on Justice
Drive. Follow signs to WCSO. They will have you fill out a form and do the
background check.
Please bring the background check form
to Deerfield Township Zoning Office. We will attach it to your application
and have the Administrator approve the application.
The fee for the 90 day Vendor Permit is
$75.00.
