Fields may be closed due to weather
related conditions. Please visit our Field Conditions page for more

Coordinator below for availability prior to submitting your
Field
Use Request Form.
Once availability is confirmed with the
Field Coordinator, please submit the
Field
Use Request Form, along
with your insurance certificate and roster to Deerfield Township at
